Barre Supervisory District

The Barre Supervisory Union School District #61 is made up of two public Pre-K through eighth grade schools (Barre City Elementary/Middle School and Barre Town Elementary/Middle School); one parochial Pre-K through eighth grade school (Central Vermont Catholic Schools - St. Monica’s Campus); and one public high school/technical center (Spaulding High School and the Barre Technical Center) serving approximately 2500 students. Mission Statement: Barre Supervisory Union, a student-centered, equitable, learning community, will strive to maximize available resources through unified, collaborative leadership, and focus on continuous improvement in the area of student achievement, while promoting a safe and respectful learning environment for all.
