Program Mission/Philosophy Everyone has a right to achieve a level of education commensurate with individual abilities and goals. We believe that everyone can learn, and that it is our responsibility to offer assistance to positively affect attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors around education and learning to enable participants to grow academically. We will provide an atmosphere conducive to learning, a dedicated and knowledgeable staff, materials geared to adult interests and daily life situations, and individualized instruction. Our Assistance can enable people to develop a healthier self-concept, thus enriching the participants and community through their accomplishments.
