KSED is a cooperative of thirty-three (32) public schools within Clinton, Marion and Washington counties that provide a wide-range of services for member districts. Such services include: Providing psychological and other specialized evaluations necessary for determining eligibility for special education services Social Work Services Speech and Language Services Physical Therapy Services Occupational Therapy Services Vision Services Hearing Services Audiological Services Preschool Screening and Assessment Inservice Training Administrative and Fiscal Services Technical Assistance Autism Deaf-blindness Deafness Developmental Delay Emotional Disability Hearing Impairment Cognitive Disability (MR) Multiple Disabilities Orthopedic Impairment Other Health Impairment Specific Learning Disability Speech or Language Impairment Traumatic Brain Injury Visual Impairment Special education services and placement that constitute free appropriate public education shall be identified based on the child's unique needs and not on the child's disability.
