MISSION STATEMENT
Berkeley School District #87 exists to ensure that students acquire a solid foundation in those academic, social, physical, and ethical skills considered essential for achieving individual success and making positive contributions to society. Toward that end, the school district will challenge students to acquire (1) a useful complement of academic skills; (2) an understanding of the American heritage; (3) appropriate personal, social and citizenship responsibilities; (4) good health practices; and (5) an appreciation of the fine arts.
