As a free public charter school we: operate on state funds, are non-sectarian, and require family involvement (over 5,000 hours logged by parents last year). This time of year is exciting for us as it brings new faces to our vibrant community of families and staff. New Community School strives to meet each child’s academic and social needs. Our program emphasizes social development in conjunction with academic development by creating an environment where children and adults explore and learn together.
