SCASEC Mission Statement The South Centeral Area Special Education Cooperatives' educational philosopy states that all children, regardless of abilities or limitations, have the right to an appropriate education. SCASEC works with local school corporations to help provide specialized services, programs, or supplementary assistance needed by student with special needs in order for them to attain skills which will aid them in attaining their potential and being productive member of the community.
