LaVille Jr.-Sr. High School is located in northern Indiana along U.S. Highway 31 between South Bend and Plymouth. It is part of the Union-North United School Corporation. The school corporation is comprised of North Township in Marshall County and Union Township in St. Joseph County. The towns of Lakeville and LaPaz are the main population centers. LaVille is a comprehensive, public six-year junior and senior high school with grades seven through twelve. It has an enrollment of approximately 560 students. Minorities compose about eight percent of the student body. LaVille is accredited by the State of Indiana. LaVille’s school year is divided into two eighteen-week semesters and four nine-week grading periods. Class periods are 50 minutes long, and there are seven periods to the school day.
