Our mission is to promote students' intellectual, ethical, and social development through a challenging instructional program and a caring classroom and school environment. The Hudson Public Schools has been recognized as a leader in instructional innovation. We have created and implemented many innovative programs. We have developed a K-12 community service learning program that nurtures an ethic of care and service among our students. We provide a semester-based block schedule for our high school so that students can focus their attention on studying a topic in depth and faculty can provide more support and assistance through a reduced student-teacher ratio. In addition, we provide an extensive dual enrollment program for our juniors and seniors so that they may attend local area universities while in high school.
