PLEASANTECH ACADEMY CHARTER

It is our belief that all children can learn and with proper guidance will learn. It is our desire to see children reach their full potential. We do not deal only with the academic lives of our children, but we want to impact the whole child by teaching them how to be successful in all aspects of their lives. Our success as a school is not measured by test scores, but rather in the lives of our students. We want to enable our students to become lifelong learners. The staff at PleasanTech Academy believes in our children and tries to communicate that to them and their parents. Learning takes place at school and at home. Parents are an integral part of the PleasanTech Academy Charter School family. PleasanTech has an active parent involvement component which meets regularly. They help raise funds for school projects and become involved in the workings of the school, often volunteering their help in the classroom, on field trips, working on the book fair, and overall, supporting the staff in their efforts to enable each PleasanTech student to succeed.
