Salem County Special Services School District

The mission of the Salem County Special Services School District, a regional educational service agency, is to provide high quality, cost effective programs and services to the schools and districts of Salem and Cumberland Counties.Our Schools are learning communities where adults with special gifts serve students with special needs.The program are cooperative ventures that foster shared services and expertise in an effort to both increase quality of service and decrease cost to local districts.Our schools will provide engaging and challenging curriculum that address the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standars. Teaching and learning will take place in physically and emotionally safe environments that have an active commitment to ensure trust, mutal respect, communication, effective collaboration, and godd citizenship. The vision of Salem County Special Services School District is that all students develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to succed in life.
