Mission: It is the mission of the Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School (EMHCS), to produce students who meet or exceed the New York State Standards in Language Arts, Math, and Social Studies. Our students will be able to communicate in both English and Spanish. Staff and students will view themselves as self-reflective and continuous learners. Parents will view themselves as partners in their child’s education.
