The Barnard Early Childhood Center is a three story stone structure nestled in a residential neighborhood of New Rochelle near the City’s border with Larchmont. Housed in this space are several district programs, including a four-year pre-kindergarten through grade two magnet program featuring the district’s first full-day kindergarten program, New York State/ Head-Start Pre-Kindergarten, the district’s Pre-School Speech Language Learning Center, and district Special Education classes. New York State recognized EC2 as a Sharing Success Program.
