Norwood-Norfolk Central School’s Professional Development Plan supports the overall district mission statement, which states, in part, “The Norwood-Norfolk school community will create a positive atmosphere to enable each individual to recognize self-potential and to promote lifelong learning and social responsibilities.”The professional development goals outlined here will enable all stakeholders to gain the skills and curriculum changes necessary to help achieve their goals. The District must provide the in service necessary to accomplish the stated goals.
