Constellation Schools: Westside Community School of the Arts

Westside Community School of the Arts first opened its doors in the fall of 2007. A part of Constellation Schools, Westside Community School of the Arts offers students an integrated educational approach that places an emphasis on the arts and music in addition to the core subjects that are traditionally covered. The school offers small classes, typically no more than 20 students per class, providing individualized instruction. All of our teachers are state certified and highly qualified. Our teachers prepare our students to become successful, well-rounded, life-long learners. Westside believes that parents have a significant role in the education of their children and work to create an environment where parents, teachers, and staff work together to establish an educational environment where everyone focuses on the needs of the children. We have a parent organization that holds a variety of activities throughout the year, from fundraisers to family nights. They are an integral asset to our school. In addition to a state-mandated curriculum, our school offers daily art and music lessons, piano lessons, physical education, and character education. Your child will definitely receive a well-rounded education.
