The teachers, administrators, and support staff are committed to make our students 21st century learners. We will strive to provide opportunities to our students and our staff outside the normal four walls. The integration of technology and best practices will be a priority at Southern Local. Southern Local Schools has served as a model for school reform. The district has been engaged in the Ohio Improvement Process since 2008. The model uses shared decision making between staff, students, administration and community members. We are all stakeholders.
