Opening the doors to learning opportunities for K?12 students, Junction City School District provides an engaging, inspiring, and rigorous educational program for all students. We know that “One Size Does Not Fit All”, so we offer academic, elective, and extra?curricular programs that engage and inspire students by appealing to a wide variety of interests and learning levels in a welcoming, positive, and community?oriented environment. Our District is guided by the thoughtful and visionary leadership of our school board. Our district offers a ?ve?day school week, a comprehensive academic program, and a wide variety of elective choices and co?curricular activities. Students, from kindergarten through twelfth grade, receive music and PE instruction from licensed specialists. Junction City students bene?t from the care of a district nurse, a licensed school psychologist, a K?8 TAG specialist, and school counselors at every level. We also offer a continuum of special services, including programs for students with autism, speech and language needs and non?native English speakers. Our district is a place where healthy children can perform in district?wide concerts, enjoy physical activities, and are supported and encouraged to learn at their highest level.
