Mastery CS-Thomas Campus

Mastery is a growing non-profit charter school network recognized nationally for our work in school turnarounds and dramatic student achievement gains. We believe that educational inequity is the most pressing social problem facing our country - the civil rights issue of our day. Mastery exists to solve the problem. Our Mission: All students learn the academic and personal skills they need to succeed in higher education, compete in the global economy, and pursue their dreams. Mastery Charter School Thomas Campus is a six year old independent charter school based on the model developed by Mastery Charter High School -- Lenfest Campus (founded in 2001). We are most proud of the college-going culture that has been created at Thomas. 100% of the first and second graduating classes were accepted to college. Two thirds of students are attending four year colleges, including University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University.
