North Central Secure Treatment Unit (NCSTU) provides secure treatment programming for adjudicated delinquent males and females. It is located on the grounds of the Danville State Hospital in Montour County. NCSTU offers a wide range of programs and services designed to meet the diverse needs of its male and female youth. NCSTU is comprised of specific programs that address substance abuse and criminal behavior issues, gender-responsive services for female offenders, programming for youth having lower cognitive functioning and treatment for issues related to chronic delinquent behavior.
