Hampton Preparatory is affiliated with the Uplift Education network of public charter schools. Our school opened in the fall of 2007 with a mere 160 students in grades 5th, 6th, 7th, and 9th grades. Today, we have over 700 students enrolled in Kindergarten through 1st grades and 4th through 12th grades. By the fall of 2013, we anticipate an enrollment of over 1,300 students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grades. We currently have a Recognized rating with the Texas Education Agency for the 2009-2010 school year. The mission of Hampton Preparatory is to empower every student to reach their highest potential through rigorous academic experiences that inspire a lifelong love of learning, achievement, understanding of others, service, and responsible global citizenship.
