We are a school that accepts the responsibility for producing competent problem solvers, effective communicators, self directed learners, responsible citizens, and quality producers. Vision Statement: We want to be Matagorda ISD forever! We envision our school as a place where all children will succeed by developing ethical morals modeled by a competent and professional staff and supported by our community. Our children’s interests will come first as we challenge them with a rigorous curriculum to prepare them to compete in a global economy and instill a desire for personal success through life-long learning.
