West Point Public Schools

A single high school (Grades 9-12) and middle school (Grades 6-8) with a separate elementary school (Grades K-5) comprise the West Point School Division. It is the mission of the West Point School System to maximize the intellect and abilities of all of our children so they will: be prepared for a life of continuous learning; be happy; be fulfilled; and, at a minimum, be able to provide the basic necessities of life for themselves and their future families. This mission will be accomplished by providing the best educational opportunities possible in an environment which is safe, comfortable, and conductive to learning and by assuring that all of our students take advantage of this "environment for learning."
