We believe that all students can graduate with the ability to be successful in college, work and life. We will achieve this by continually improving instructional practices in every classroom, in every building in the District. In order to achieve this we, the Grandview School District, are committed to focus on teaching and learning as a top priority. We will work collaboratively, by sharing our classrooms on a regular basis for learning opportunities, giving and receiving feedback, coaching, and participating in quality professional adult learning communities so we develop our own skills as instructional leaders across the district. We believe it is absolutely necessary to authentically engage students in rigorous, relevant, and appropriate instruction focused on essential outcomes.
