Lancaster Community School District

Lancaster Community School District is located in the scenic rolling hills of southwestern Wisconsin in Lancaster, population approximately 4,000. We provide excellence in education in our three schools: • Winskill Elementary School (438 students pre-K through grade 5) • Lancaster Middle School (191 students in grades 6 through 8) • Lancaster High School (288 students in grades 9 through 12). On our teaching staff are 88 certified teachers (a student-to-teacher ratio of 11 to 1) We also employ 47 paraeducators and support staff . We pride ourselves on promoting high student achievement. We exceed state requirements in reading, math, science, and social studies and provide many cocurricular opportunities for our students.
