About Paris J1 School District

Description provided by the district or community — not part of the NCES dataset.

Paris Consolidated is a Kindergarten through eighth grade school with an enrollment of over 200 students. Located in rural Kenosha County, just 3 miles west of Interstate 94 on Highway D, our spacious campus is surrounded by farm fields and lush green pastures. Paris School also has a staff that is second to none. In 2011, we received the honor of being named a National Blue Ribbon School by the U. S. Department of Education. Paris was one of eight schools in Wisconsin to received this award of note, and one of only two to earn the award for High Achievement. This prestigious honor is a direct result of the hard work, care, and unmatched level of dedicaiton to student success on the part of our outstanding teachers and staff! With constant communicaiton and collaboration, our school has developed into a true professional learning community. Our team of professionals always goes that extra mile, working toward the goal of increased student learning. Whether it is coaching athletics or facilitating the many co-curricular activities that are offered to our students, the Paris staff is here for the betterment of our children. It is an honor to work beside these people each day. Paris School is a unique and special place where families, school, and community work together to help every Paris student reach his or her maximum potential. With that kind of teamwork, it's no wonder the best kids in the world pass through our halls each day.
