Plum City School District

The Plum City School District has approximately 300 students distributed between two buildings. The Plum City Elementary School houses 4K-5 grade students. We are fortunate to offer small class sizes in a family and community-oriented setting. The Plum City Middle/High School houses students in grades 6-12. The Plum City Middle School offers a variety of extras to go along with the middle school staff who are dedicated to challenging and holding students accountable for the work they produce. The Plum City High School boasts several academic and co-curricular achievements. As a result of a positive high school experience, our students look forward to a productive and successful future. As always, academics are a top priority. The students excel in academics because of small class sizes, highly-qualified teachers, and personalized instruction. Our students consistently score at or above the state average on state standardized tests. The small school experience allows students to participate in a variety of activities including, Music, Art, Athletics, FFA, Forensics, and Drama. The Plum City School District is located in Pierce County. Pierce County, adjacent to the lower St. Croix and Mississippi River Valley, is considered the Twin City Metro's best kept secret. Plum City boasts a scenic valley rich with natural beauty. A spring-fed trout pond within the city limits is an attraction to locals and visitors alike. Just over an hour drive from the Twin City Urban area and the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, Plum City offers the best of both rural and metropolitan lifestyles.
